Inside Sales-Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities will include:

1. Interfacing with the internal AT&T people on quotes, orders, implementations, contracts etc. This will involve project management skills. We do quite a bit of business with AT&T so this would be a major task for the qualified individual.
2. Learning the equipment side and helping out the outside sales people with quotes. Will need to research sales issues and interface with Cisco & other vendors.
3. Leading the program in contacting old customers to seek additional business.
4. Organizing customer promotions on the WEB site and via customer letter.
5. Assisting on other marketing tasks including the Web site.

There will be extensive training available on AT&T, Cisco, and other equipment vendors.

Outside Sales

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BS/BA in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Computer and Internet savvy.
3. At least 3 years experience managing sales in the high tech industry.
4. Ability to communicate - in compositions and verbally in proper format and grammar.

Systems Engineer (SE)

Ancona Systems, Inc. are open to hiring a recent or soon to be college graduate with network technical training. Candidates should be enthusiastic and customer support oriented with experience and/or familiarity with data networking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities will include:

1. Assist the sales team with Network Design.
2. Network Security assessments, Firewall implementation.
3. Lan Optimization w/ Ethernet switching, VLAN, L3, etc.
4. WAN implementation.
5. Resolve internal network problems.
6. Configuration and Installation of data networking hardware.
7. Familiarity with Cisco Systems equipment - CCNA preferred.
8. Voice over IP/Frame, Interfacing with PBX.
9. Implementation of AT&T network services including Frame Relay, ATM, T1, T3, dedicated Internet Access, Remote LAN access, etc.
