ANCONA SYSTEMS, INC. is a seventeen-year old firm that offers creative client focused solutions in a variety of industry sectors including finance, real estate investments and our traditional focus in network consulting and systems integration.

Based in Foster City, California, Ancona Systems has established a solid track record in customer satisfaction and support. We specialize in solutions that meet the needs of our value clients, investors and associates.

Our notes division is actively seeking to purchase performing and non-performing notes and deeds of trust secured by residential and commercial real estate. These investments offer security and strong (10% plus) yields due to our experience and industry expertise.

The real estate division owns and manages a portfolio of investment properties around the country and advises clients and investors in investment options.

Many investors today are looking to purchase distressed real estate assets. Due to our lending relationships, we can offer access to a variety of REO properties for purchase.

In the networking space, we have designed and supported networks domestically and internationally. These projects involve critical data and voice applications as well as network security, and data center hosting.

Thank you for visiting our revised website and for your interest in Ancona Systems. Inc. We are proud to celebrate our 18th year of operation this year. Our business has grown due to a steadfast focus on the needs of our loyal customers.

While our traditional business has been in designing and implementing creative solutions in the data networking space, our strategic direction has spread to new areas for growth. We continue to offer customers solutions in the areas of network connectivity and security, Telco services and innovative engineering support.

Presently we are expanding into a suite of real estate investment areas that include the purchase and management of non-performing notes and deeds of trusts, other investments in distressed property and mortgages, and assistance in areas such as loan modifications, bankruptcy, credit repair and short sales.
